What we collect

The request form has a short list of fields: your name, the address where the appliance lives, a number we can reach, which machine is acting up and a few words about the trouble. Some people add the model number from the sticker or type in the code flashing on the display, and that helps. A tick box lets you tell us we have not worked for you before, so the technician knows to subtract up to $15, scaled to the size of the job, from the repair figure on your quote; the $89 visit is unaffected by it. Nothing beyond those fields is needed. Card numbers never go through the form, and we have no use for birth dates, passwords or any detail unrelated to repairing an appliance in a Roseville, St. Paul or nearby Ramsey County home.

How we use it

Everything you send serves a single job: booking the visit and finishing the repair. Your number gets a text naming the two-hour span when the technician will pull up, plus a message when an ordered part comes in. Your address tells the technician which house, unit or side door to head for. Knowing the machine and the symptom lets us load the likely parts on the truck ahead of time. Once the work is done, we keep the invoice and the written warranty on file, so a later warranty call can be matched to the original repair.

The form provider

This website does not hold your request itself. When you press send, a third-party form service receives the submission and passes it along to our inbox, processing it on our behalf under its own security practices. We use that service because it delivers messages reliably and keeps them off the site’s own pages. If you prefer to skip the form entirely, a phone call books the same visit.

No selling or sharing

Nobody buys, rents or trades your details from us, and they never go to marketers or onto mailing lists. A detail leaves our office only when the repair itself requires it: a model number read to a parts distributor so the right control board gets ordered, for example, or the written quote texted to the landlord or manager who has to approve work on a rental. Beyond that, what you send stays with us.

Cookies

We use as few cookies as the site can run on. There are no advertising trackers here, and nothing builds a record of where you browse. The cookies that do get set are the small technical ones a page needs in order to load and to submit the request form. Turning cookies off or wiping them from your browser is fine; the pages still open and the phone line still books a repair.

Deleting your data

To have your information removed, phone the company and say so; the number appears on every page here. We will erase your request and contact details, holding on only to records that tax rules require or that an active warranty depends on for a repair we actually completed. Any other question about how your details are handled can go through that same call.
